ARC observations

The 2nd Administrative Reforms Commission in its Report on Citizen Centric Administration has observed that the system is an excellent use of modern technology. The Commission is of the view that a similar system should be installed at the State and district levels because a decentralized system would benefit a larger number of citizens on the one hand and would also help in improving the effectiveness of field offices on the other.

The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Grievance, Law & Justice in its 29th Report observed "The Committee is pleased to note that the CPGRAMS has been introduced and is working in all Ministries and Departments. The Committee further feels that the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances may pursue the matter with those Ministries who have yet to fully implement the PGRAMS and take expeditious steps in this regard to install the same without further delay".
