Scheme for Administrative Reforms
This Department has only one Central Sector Scheme namely
' Scheme for Administrative Reforms'. lt is a Continurng Scheme from past period. On the basis of recommendation of Standing Finance Committee (SFC), the Scheme has been approved by the Competent Authority for further continuation up to 31.03.2026 with the total outlay of Rs. 125 crore. The Scheme has following main components for better implementation of various activities.
These components are for monitoring purpose only and the component wise allocation being decided by the Department of AR&PG:
- Leveraging power of technology by introducing next level reforms in lT systems handled by DARpG (i) Upgrading CPGRAM ( ii). E-Office
- Capacity Building of Organization [(i) Mod. of offices (ii) Fostering Good Governance (iii) international Collaboration
- lncentivizing the best practices PM Award & CSD (ii) E-Gov Award & Conference (iii) Learning from Successes (iv) PMU
- supporting pilot initiatives of reforms (i) SCI (ii) SAVOTTAM
An amount of Rs. 40.68 Crore has been allocated for the Scheme during the financial year 2022-23.
