12. Bike Rally organized by CSO for Promoting Digital Payment and distribution of flyers passing
through all the market areas of the district.
Digital Payment Promotion Programme was conducted jointly by Thungjing Thumpers Moirang,
Iron Wheel Thoubal, Integrated Social and Cultural Organisation (ISCO), and CSC e-District
Society Bishnupur, Manipur. Programme was supported by Moirang Municipal Council (MMC)
Moirang and technology supported by District e-Governance Society Bishnupur (DeGS) and
CSC-SPV Manipur on 11thNovember 2017 at Khoyolkeithel, Moirang Lamkhai, Moirang.
