MESSAGE
I am immensely pleased to be a part of the team in Department of Administrative
Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG) in its efforts to bring out the 15th Edition of the
Central Secretariat Manual of Office Procedure (CSMOP 2019). The CSMOP has always
been a guiding tool for effective functioning of the Government Offices. In the latest
Edition, the Department has incorporated the significant developments in the e-Office
procedure.
I am sure that the latest digital alignments made in the CSMOP 2019 will help ir;l
laying down the guiding map for the existing and the new functionaries in the
Government in the process management in the Government offices. CSMOP 2019 will
thus prove ~o be very helpful in achieving efficiency, transparency and accuracy in the
working of the Ministries/Departments.
