Grievance
The complainant requested to make the Overdraft Account interest free.

Action
The aggrieved person was apprised telephonically on the same day that his request for Interest free Over
Draft account could not be processed in the absence of any such guideline by the RBI and the complaint
was closed.
Citizens Response/Satisfaction
Though his request was not acceded to but he appreciated the timely response and said, “We as citizen
have not been caring about what Government will do for us or not. But on a positive note I am really
happy that our questions, doubts, grievances are all answered.”

Issue: The complainant was forced to resign from his job during Lockdown period.

Grievance

Shri Pradeep Mishra was employed with ZTE Telecom India Pvt Ltd, a Chinese company,

headquartered at Gurgaon (Haryana). But due to coronavirus Covid-19 situation he was relieved from

his job and forced to resign in last week of March, 2020 month with around 10 days short notice. He

asked the Company to provide him at least 2 month gross salary and his performance linked incentives

since he had completed around 13 months but the Company clearly denied it and provided only 2
months basic salary. “This will be very challenging for me to get new job because of the current
pandemic situation and I have to pay bank EMI and fulfill other family responsibilities,” said Shri

Pradeep requesting help for self and others.
