Step 3: Consult:
Deliberations and extensive stakeholder consultations across the aviation sector value chain (airport
operators, airline and helicopter operators, OEMs, industry associations etc.) were undertaken on
the multiple proposed strategic options and scheme parameters to seek their inputs and finalize the
scheme features.
Step 4: Finalize:
A cohesive amalgamation of aspects guided by the Government and aspects to be governed by the
market culminated into the final version of the Scheme subject to a periodic review, necessary for
maintaining efficacy in accomplishment of its objectives and in line with the ever-evolving market
dynamics.
